"Healthy Protein Packed Peanut Butter Blondies”
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup nut butter
1 egg
1/3 cup raw honey
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon celtic or himalayan salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup raw cacao bar broken into chips
A bit more salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients (except the chips) with a hand mixer or a Vitamix.
Fold in the chips.
Pour mixture into a greased (preferably with ghee) 8x8 pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle salt on top and let cool for 20 minutes before Enjoying!
